If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any subscription or one-time purchase. No specific reason is required.

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Email our support team at support@quantaraai.ae and we will help you file the request.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are also covered by the 30-day window, measured from the renewal charge date. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal to prevent future renewals.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly — it is faster than the card-network dispute process.
