Ahmed Zoher is a customer operations leader with more than a decade running contact centres, CX programmes and digital service delivery for telecoms, utilities, e-commerce and SaaS businesses across the Middle East and Europe. He has built and scaled multi-channel support teams, designed SLA and quality frameworks that hold up at millions of interactions a year, and led the vendor and AI selection cycles that come with them.
Quantara AI started from a simple, uncomfortable observation: the same workflows, wrap-ups, escalations and follow-ups get rebuilt from scratch — badly — inside every organisation. Meanwhile modern LLMs are already good enough to do most of that work if someone puts the orchestration, tenant isolation, evaluation and guardrails around them. Quantara Flow AI is that platform.
Ahmed is based between the UAE and Europe and is actively building the founding engineering, GTM and partner team.
